Emerald
When the hope seemed to be lost, when the road
was about to end out in a wall with no door, in my ear spoke a tender voice
that told me that I was a prince from an imaginary kingdom hidden in the interior
of that bush, in which I had refuged me.
Hence I understood that I was in the abyss and for my luck there was something
inexplicable that had kept me safe while
I did that inevitable travel in the depths of my own being.
I was alone and had fear, but I knew there was no way out because I was imerged
in a paradox between two worlds, I wanted to
find the fantasy, an exit door from the material world where I was living and
could not take anymore, however there was the
risk of failure and then I gave the step.
It was october of 2000 and two years earlier
I had chosen the transcendental way of believing that there are other dimensions
and that probably I would flee successfully, to search for something that was
lost inside me, and without this thing I could
not live, even without knowing for sure what was it.
But this entity gave me courage to search for and live this life, achieving
my fantastic desires, it's called Emerald and
represents for myself an achieved hope, a tender and pure feeling, an innocent
power, divine and protector, able to defeat
the big evil beast that pursuits us untill death and has the objective of making
up the existance wearisome and boring.
In my moments of loneliness and before my great conquests I witnessed the fight
between those antagonic powers and with
Emerald I learned to defend myself and search for what I want from the spirit
and the matter.
Art is my mean to find her and live this wonderful feeling through the forms
and colors, in my artworks there is always an
Emerald and inside me it brights intensely emanating the green light of the
achieved hope.
